REFUND POLICY

New, unused items purchased through - www.merchgarage.com or any of its subdomains/microsites and those items that are eligible for return can be returned with a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. All items must be in unused & pristine condition with all original tags and packaging intact. You can apply for a Return from within your account under the orders tab. Return tab will be available for 14 days from the day of delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Handling Fee:

For all orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, an additional non-refundable handling fee of Rs 50 will be charged. This fee is imposed to cover the extra processing costs associated with COD transactions. Please note that this fee is in addition to any other applicable charges, taxes, or fees related to your order.

By choosing the Cash on Delivery option, you agree to pay the specified handling fee. The handling fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable, regardless of the order's subsequent status, including cancellation, return, or exchang

PROCEDURE

You may apply for return from the orders page under your account. Return window will be open for 14 days from the date of delivery. Upload the necessary images or video while creating a return. Once your return request is accepted, please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. After we receive your courier and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the amount to the same account the payment was made. It may take from 3-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please Note: In case of international orders (outside India), return will be accepted only in case the product is damaged or different from what was ordered. Please ensure to record a video while unboxing as it will need to be submitted while creating the return.

In the event of the returned goods being found used, mutilated, or altered in any form from how they were sent, we would not be able to issue a refund and the goods shall be sent back to you at your cost. All decisions pertaining to refunds shall be at the sole discretion of Merch Garage Pvt Ltd.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra only.
